BluePenguin Powered Surfboard has received two utility model patents from the China Intellectual Property Office for "A Floating Body Board for Surfboards" and "A One-Way Start Device for Surfboards". And the trademarks "Blue Penguin" and "Surfwiz" were also approved by the China Intellectual Property Office.
