Refund Policy
We support the return within 14 days, and the goods need to be in an unused state to maintain the integrity of the original packaging.
If human factors damage the product, it cannot be exchanged. If the product is exchanged due to product quality issues, the seller will bear the shipping cost.

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the items you have returned. We will also notify you to approve or refuse a refund.

Replacement (as applicable)
When there is an abnormality when using the product or you have a difficult problem, please contact us to troubleshoot for you. Scope of warranty:
(1) Consumables such as spark plugs and motors are no longer covered by the warranty.
(2) Damage caused by human factors such as unauthorized modification, arrangement of non-original parts, or failure to use as required will not be covered by warranty.
(3) Failure to add lubricant to gasoline as required or use of inferior lubricating oil will result in no warranty for the engine.
(4) Wear and tear caused by illegal operation, damage caused by accidents, and damage caused by inhalation of foreign objects are not covered by the warranty. We only replace defective or damaged items that are not caused by human beings. If you need to replace faulty parts that are not caused by human beings, please send an email to surfwiz@163.com.
The freight required for returns and exchanges
If you want to return or exchange the product, you need to contact: surfwiz@163.com to obtain address information. If you return or exchange the product due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying your return freight. The freight will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on the place you live, the time you exchange products may be different.
If you want to transport more than $75 worth of items, you should consider using tracking services or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive the items you return.
